The product is equipped with Anti-Fatigue Technology, a comfort system utilizing shock-absorbing, geometrical technology that returns energy back to the foot for all-day support and comfort. The Composite Safety Toe is a lightweight, non-metallic, asymmetrical-shaped toe cap that meets safety standards in the US and Canada. This includes ASTM F2412-18a and ASTM F2413-18 I and C impact and compression safety standards, as well as CAN/CSA-Z195-14 Grade 1.

Timberland PRO FLEX allows for a full range of motion without resistance. It features anatomically positioned flex grooves under the foot and durable fabrics that stretch above the foot to ensure flexibility with every step. GreenStride is a natural and high-rebound foam made with 75% renewable natural materials such as sugar cane and responsibly sourced natural rubber from trees. The Timberland PRO Rubber compound offers heat resistance, enhanced slip, oil, and abrasion resistance.

The unisex Berkley Mid Sneaker is a classic, skate-inspired style positioned between a high-top and a low-cut, designed for work. Constructed with a durable, breathable upper made of recycled polyester canvas and suede, the shoe is lightweight and comfortable. The GreenStride midsole is made with at least 65% biobased materials derived from sugar cane and responsibly grown rubber.

For safety, the sneakers are metal- and mutilation-free, featuring an asymmetrical composite safety toe, electrical hazard protection, and Timberland PRO FLEX Technology rubber outsole with anatomically positioned flex grooves for flexible traction. The product also offers comfort with an Anti-Fatigue Technology polyurethane footbed for shock absorption and energy return, as well as a breathable, moisture-wicking lining made of at least 50% recycled plastic ReBOTL fabric.
